5th Post - The Garden Route

From Johannesburg we flew down to George on the south coast, rented a van and drove to Knysna, where we stayed for 3 nights at Candlewood Lodge. Knysna is the heart of the Garden Route and is an area of spectacular natural beauty - landscapes and seascapes.
From there we made our way inland to the Little Karoo (semi-arid desert) where you find the largest population of ostriches in the world, as well as the Kango Caves.
